Even though it is a search engine, I am fairly certain that Pinterest is already surpassing that status by boosting engagement instead of just search results. Their team of experts tirelessly works on bringing together creators and audiences, and that has resulted in several revolutionary introductions by Pinterest! What are they? Normal Pins!
It is that classic beauty of Pinterest that is still popular, isn’t it? Just carelessly browsing through images, daydreaming about destinations, developing ideas even hunting for products! Fair simplicity that of course has to be rightfully optimized. Upload your beautiful content into the approved photo format, and enrich it with the relevant Title, Description, and keywords - breathe life into it. Attach the rightful URL and you are good to go!
Branded Pins!
Branded Pins are how the target audience will find their way more easily to you and your brand! It is fairly easy to design templates for these pins, you only need to have basic skills! The fastest way is through Canva and Tailwind create but if you are feeling more experienced - Photoshop will do the trick.
Create three different templates that will include your logo, a heading and to spice things up, and add variability - include subheadings for some that will represent your vision and call to action.

With these Pinterest Pins types, you are able to upload up to 5 images in a single pin, with the option to add them to a board, add title and description to the first photo. Think this way: upload one photo that represents everything, then add 4 more photos that will complete the story! Users will be able to swipe through the pin and also land on your page. A word of caution: after you upload the Carousel pin, you won’t be able to edit certain parts!
Story Pins!
A favorite among creators! Why? Because firstly, the stories do NOT disappear after 24 hours, and secondly, Pinterest has made it available for users to “discover creators” that are aligned with their searches! This places discoverability on a whole different level. Popular, with a focus on connecting creators and audience, the Story pins are fastly becoming all the rage!
